My Story

Hello Everyone!

This year I have decided to take on the London Marathon for Global's Make Some Noise Charity!

To give you a little background into my story, I cycle around London all the time and commute everyday by bike. I wanted to raise money for charity cycling and thought I would start delivering with Uber Eats on my way home, donating 100% of earnings to charity. It often took me in the completely the wrong direction and a thirty-minute commute quite often turned into more than two hours.

Since then my son Noah was born which meant I haven’t been able to go out as much – or do anything else really!

I then reached out to Global’s Make Some Noise Team and wanted to do something that meant I could continue to raise money and contribute what I have raised so far. I’ve never run a marathon before, in fact before training for this never more than eight miles but when the London Marathon was suggested I thought why not! My Dad ran the London Marathon in 1999 and finished in 4 hours 40 mins (and was 10 years older) so I also need to make sure I beat that.
