Just Do It

My Story

Just Do It. I wish it was that easy!

I'm running my first marathon for Global's Make Some Noise, because I love what they do. They're the champion of small causes that don't get the attention they need and they value every Pound that they get. The causes are diverse, their needs are great and my legs are probably strong enough to raise some money to further their causes.

I know everyone gets hit up for charity and this probably isn't the first time you've heard from me. So I'm a believer that it's got to be for a good cause and also that I've got to suffer!... to this end, I'll be at 70 hours of training ahead of the event and in for 4 hours of pain (hopefully slightly less if I can get through the wall) on race day. So please do give what you can / what you think is right. If you're unsure what to give, a good rule of thumb is to pick a number and double it!

Whether the marathon goes ahead or not, I will be running the distance on the day (unless I'm in isolation, or if there's marshall law and a ban on being out in the open!)

Thanks for your generosity. You're awesome x
